Special thanks to schonee for her way cool gift of Romantic Water backgrounds. So many to choose from. :) All of them are charming and wonderful.
I was inspired to do one with the cats because of eekdog's cool pics that feature some of the freebie cats you can find in the freebie Rendo section. The siamese kitties are the freebies. The other cat is one by Ilona.
