"Running Out Of Room"
I'm 6' 1" tall. If you look close, you'll see that my front door porch only has 2 steps. This will give a better sense of how much snow this is.
Some viewers have commented regards NOT having or ever seen snow. I'm posting a MN Gothic 03 photo tomorrow, it's the same from across the street POV as my earlier "Sazz's Cave" Photo. It'll show just how high the snow is across my whole yard, the black ice on the street, and maybe give a sense of how "backbreaking" this is labor wise.
I just learned this morning we're expected to get another 6 - 12 inches new snowfall, high winds, drifting snow this Friday. Wanna come shovel, be my guest :D

I am amazed you aren't wearing gloves.. also amazed at how clean your car is during all that. Good luck! we are expecting snow here tomorrow after what seems like a month of rain. But I am sure it won't be much more then enough to cover the ground and make it all pretty here.

I feel for you. I lived in New Hampshire for 15 years. When the snow was piled up 6 feet, that was enough for me. I now in Texas where we get very little snow. People who never had snow don't realize how hard it is to shovel, especially when it is wet snow. The picutre says it all!

Yepper, that's a heap of snow you have there. You really need a snow blower. Or a snow plow. Please take your time when shoveling. No sense getting hurt or anything else.

Another great capture!!

I've never lived in snow and love it in pictures and on the TV when you lose reception. Otherwise forget it. I don't envy you one bit. Hang in there and good luck with this next storm.

I'll pass thank you! You can keep ALL that snow for yourself. Just don't kill yourself shoveling it away.

Wow1...winter sure a blast! You look pretty healthy...for a six foot skinny guy! Fight through this weather...and more will come! love the Lake Michigan effect snow storms that I get...potential for missed work is the main attraction.

Man, that's a nightmarish amount of snow. I'm born and raised in western Michigan, so I always considered myself used to large amounts of snow, but this beats anything I ever had to deal with. Back-breaking indeed!

I don't care what you say, Hannah and I still want some of it.

it I was in your place, I would have my heavy overalls.I do not envy you shoveling all that snow, but you must be able to get out.

Oh you poor man...please be careful shoveling....By the looks of it, I don't see where you can put anymore of it...unless you move your car and start piling it there...Good luck and bundle up while shoveling.

Man you need a flamethrower!!!!! Stay healthy and warm.
