Hello ! A Image made with use of this months background made by Artwithin posted in the 2D graphic Forum for this months Metamorphosis. I hope you like it. Thank you very much for your kind comments and favorites to yesterdays post "Amber" I am very grateful. :))) Have a great day. We have cold and stormy weather with a little snow in between. I dont think it is cold enaugh to make the snow last.

whoa, what you've done to this...Full-size, it's really packed: You've overlayed an almost-etched rose, with tarnished brass tones (almost silver) and a feeling of an old carving in the wall of a cave. At the same time it feels like a fine decorative piece, something that might be used as endpapers for an old book, or for very special stationery. Your use of violet & white accents is fine & subtle too...You've truly created a metamorphosis: I've done very few metamorphoses as delicate or introspective as this. It's beautiful & a fav.

The overall texture here is what printmakers refer to as an open or area bite - one gets those circles deep in the ink. What a wonderful effect you've gotten here - like the image, and the lovely 'gravy' color.
