Description

Another shot from my first day as a homeless man. But things seem to be turning in the right direction now, and I might have a studio appartment from the 1th of februari. Still there's a lot of hooks, but maybe God will be helpfull in getting me to manage it, at least my whole heart is praying for it because Joseph isn't doing very wel in the 24 hour shelter where Brigitte is staying, and then he can live with me in a peaceful environment, something he hasn't got now. One comment on my latest image said that there was some admiration for me seeing the beauty while I'm in this situation. I think I just appreciate more now. Small things can give such joy when you're outside in a very cold world. Thanks for the click and all nice comments and favorites, they too are even more appreciated in these times. Thom

good luck with your situation, keep a positive mind like you're demonstrating with such good uploads... very nice shot, lovely colours... to my eyes the sky looks a little overprocessed, the birds are a nice touch and slightly lost in it... but still a strong image ;)

Absolutely glorious! So much detail here - the skyscape, the rich colours, the overflying geese - 5 and a favourite from me.

This photo and your situation brought to mind a quote from the Old Testament. Lamentations Chapter 3 , especially verses 19 -24. It is a superb photo.

I think of you almost all the time and wish for this story to open with another chapter of wishes granted. My heart is with you. This is an awesome shot. Again, you have found the greatness in the scene with your skill.

I too didn't see the v formations of geese until I opened to full view. Your sky scenes are some of my favorites, you have such wonderful eyes for these things, and you know just how to shoot them to their best advantage, and how to make the scenes sing with your post work. I am delighted to read that you may have a place of your own soon. I hope it happens sooner then February. A warm, quiet, cozy place for you and the little one. I hope that Brigette finds a place for herseld soon too. Living in shelters does little for the soul.
