Overall, this scene has a lot of potential. The horizon is nicely placed, but the sky in uninteresting. I'd suggest perhaps a more dramatic sky, or a more simple sky. Also, a bit of foreground shadow would help to 'set it down' better and move the eye into the scene. I like the color scheme and the content very much.
