Description
This photo was taken at "La Paz Waterfall Gardens." A truly beautiful place between Vara Blanca and Cinchona de Sarapiqui in Costa Rica (I posted several photos of the waterfalls a while back).
I am sadden to say that yesterday's 6.2 earthquake epicenter was located very near this town and resort. Initial reports indicate heavy damage and destruction of homes, resort facilities and even loss of life. Many locals and tourists are still trapped in the area. It is hard to imagine how in just a few seconds lives, landscapes and structures can be changed so dramatically. Please join with me in praying for those affected.

Yep, I saw it on my earthquake map before it came on the news. Seems like a lot of bigger earthquakes are happening now a days. I pray for all those affected by this quake. And hope all goes well. Wonderful capture of a beautiful place. Aloha
