Description

What a fitting theme in 2D Forum this month: Emotion. Still fighting with computer problems, and the more I try to solve them, the more I make a mess of it all. ...and No..System restore does not work: Unknown error. Down there, in the spiral, only one solution is left: Reformat.....I hate it!!! Thanks for viewing and the comments you want to give.

I have been there too many times - My fingers almost automatically type in Format C: /u/s especially with the older computers and seagate harddrives My best wishes for you on this endeavor Great image

To be swallowed up by strong emotion is a feeling I know too well. With the highs do come the lows. Very well done! Good luck with the puter, Gun.

This has a strong feeling attached. I love the subtle spread of the fingers and the color is supportive of the mood.

Very appropriate theme image, and one that is soooo expressive. Wish you a quick fix with the reformatting, and peace!

a very appropriate image, though I must say the blues & their textures are sensuous and inviting. (Sorry! I know this is about frustration, but it has sensuous lines & hues.) Well, I'm sorry you're still battling in Digital Hell. Really Gun: You should consider Macs the next time around: I know everyone says that, but if you can get them serviced where you live, truly consider them. Life will be so much easier; and suzanne will talk you through any problems you have...In the meantime, erasing your drive & reformatting is sometimes the best solution because it can actually save time over diagnosing & re-configuring, etc. I wish you luck: One's life is held hostage to a box! Good luck with this. It sure hasn't kept you from making fine art!

To all kind people who tell me to change to Mac: Never ever!!! I am so dependant of all plugins, not working in Mac, and why should I, at my age, learn something new? Formatting I have done so many times during these 17 years of computer life ( I am totally self leard) so I know it is only to keep the tounge in the right mouth LOL ( in Sweden that is a pun, but how is it in English??)

I can relate to this image. At least the hands are still above the whirlpool, so there is hope. I have always been on a MAC, as they are basically virus-free and very user friendly. But I understand you would not switch to Mac anymore than I would switch to PC. Hope you get things resolved soon and can once again enjoy your art and your puter. CC

Oh Gun, what a time you are having. I hope the reformat goes well. Your image is exactly how I would feel in your situation. But as someone else mentioned, the hands are still showing, so there is hope!
