Description
This is such a familiar sight in Whitehall for tourists..the horse guards..100s of these shots must be taken daily. But, it was the notice that caught my eye, and amused me, more evidence of Health and Safety gone mad. Is this a world-wide phenomenum?

Wow, are there people out there who don't know that horses can kick or bite? I think they should just let nature take its way, a self-cleaning gene pool is the best kind!
