well I like both versions: The last one has the hint of another 'world' at top, and the full-view allows that swath of water-crest to take on a whole identity. On the other hand, without the upper part you have a more 'singular' image, a vision of water & the reflections that play on it, and the interplay of plants at the bottom. Because the plants are so sparse & blossom with bare wooden stems, their silhouettes are perfect against the water, like spindles that reach out into its abyss...they're a fine photographic choice; and their pile-up at the left is balanced by the darkening reflections on the right. A very sensitive shot & peaceful too...a beautiful water moment...
