Description

I saw this young lady who I know a little bit. Anyway I saw the blue background and her outline of the body and pattern of the dres against the blue texture pattern background. I like what I saw and say to my self "A work of art" so I took some shots of her and this one is the best one. I walked over to her and showed her the photo which I liked the best and told her " it a work of art" she hug me a little freindly hug and then I started to tell her why it was a work of art which I told you above. Lol she walked away then looking at me and not sayoing nothing. Wish I took a photo of her face then. LOL I guess i should have left the first statement stand as she thinking I mean she is a work of art. Put my size 14 foot in my mouth that time. She still talks to me so it ok. I just have to learn more of the human ways of thinking. Some say I crawed out from under a rock. I not that bad; i just do not understand a lot of stuff on human patterns of life. MY son say I think in surreal ways. He study that in collage Hope she see this as I did give her the dvd of the photos i took of the parties and told her of this site

since she is the main focus in this, I'd say she ought to know she is a big chunk of this work of art. without her, it would not be a work of art. :-) You are what I call a plain-thinker. One who says what is and not a person who says what plays to others' egos. I like that and I am also very much like that. It seems to make some people very uncomfortable - they read their own feelings into what I say and come up with things I don't mean. This shot is composed of things that make it better than if those things were photographed separately - thus, she is a work of art just as the overall shot is.

Don't worry Jocko I "put my foot in it" or give people the wrong message often, or maybe we just think that of ourselves. Its a real nice shot anyway!

It's a lovely work!!! I think maybe a little bit I can see both views here. The young woman might be skeptical about how can she be holding a plastic bottle of water in an old gym and that picture is a work of art, when it's not an ad for the company. And then you're looking at the colors and fabrics and shapes. That's a pretty big foot. I hope you don't have to go to the dentist to get it extracted. Hehe.

Wonderful capture and story, Jock. Human patterns of life...i think most people just accept it... Because it is not possible to understand. I share your point of view.#:o)+5
