Very nice steampunk imagry. Like the character a lot - the dreds are an unusual but oddly effective choice (and I mean this in a good way). Only thing: The skyscraper in the background feels a touch incongruous to the other more victorian rooftops to me, but then again this is your world and landscape so it probably makes more sense in context. Veyr nice work.
