Description

That particular night I was really restless, so got up out of bed and continued with an out of framework I had been preparing. Somehow it did not look right to me, and seemed to be lacking something, with the one cute little kitty aged 5 weeks sleeping peacefully. Maybe he was dreaming of the game he had been playing with feathers, before he succumbed to sleep. I gazed at it for a while, and wondered Hmmmm ... what was missing? Then from behind the frame there stepped a beautiful red silver tabby kitty - Wow my eyes popped out of my head, WHAT? ... was I seeing things??? Then as if that shock was not enough, he spoke "Can I please come out now?". With that, the computer was switched off, and I scrambled back into my bed, knowing that I definitely must be seeing things, possibly due to lack of sleep. Next morning I woke up, and was eager to switch on the computer to see what had been happening to my work - Okay, don't panic it was only a dream, but then it was an inspiring one, and yes as you can see I added the cute red kitty aged 5weeks, who just happens to be my daughter's kitten called Simba ... Many thanks for all your support on my previous work, you make me feel very happy. Have a great week everyone, love to you all, hugs Jane xx *please zoom for detail*

Beautiful detail on both of these cute kitties. And of course I love the out of frame views. I have great appreciation for the time it takes to do this type of presentation. Bill

again, very sensitive work with the kittens' bodies & movements, etc. The sleeping kitten is in a very expressive position, we see its curled body but also the many lines of his fur, and those paws showing like little jewels. It's a wonderfully complex capture, and the feather between his front paws could have grown there. And Simba is captured in a slightly tilted pose, not too much but enough to be 'querying'...You put the frame next to Simba so that it's not impinging but still showing Simba looking from 'around' it...more sensitive animal photography from you. (Do you do elephants? Moose? Small tigers? I mean, with this sensitivity, you could be a chronicler of the animal kingdom, assuming you had a really heavy suit of armor and were willing to travel to the far reaches of the world...) Very fine work again, Jane.

Restlessness came as a blessing to you my Dear Friend! What wonderful and delicate captures! You have such a special way with these animals... they are always so preciously captured, encapsulating their beauty and an aura of happiness. Whenever I see owners with their animals, all I have to do is take a look at the animal; and it's so easy to tell whether or not they feel loved and are content... it's that peaceful expression on their tiny faces; fearless.... I'm sure you know what I mean... and I see this in your images... every single one of your animals clearly appears to know they are very loved....... Big Hugs my Friend....

Well Jane, it appears that you had what is called a waking dream, where you are asleep but feel as though you are awake. In circle work we do trances to achieve such a state; during such states you connect with your higher self and answers come to you and creative things happen. It looks like it worked here :-)
