Here is the winner here . she is good at it. I have not done this from the '60's lol
I did go boweling friday night and boweled around 50 for a game. first time in 20 years and first time in a long time I forgot my camera lol

I used to be able to do this, the hula hoop was not easy, if I tried it now I'd have a bigger hernia than I have now :) Oh where did my six pack go? I used to have one you know. But as the years went by. Now I can’t see my fly. Oh how my belly does grow. But I can’t go down to the gym. To return my belly to slim. Coz lifting and fetching. Has caused lots of stretching. And a hernia I have that is grim. So now I watch tele. O’er my big bouncing belly. When resting prostrate on couch. Coz my hernia there. Is now proud and fair. Like a nursing kangaroo’s pouch.

Wonderful capture! She's a pro with that hula hoop, and it looks like everyone is smiling just for you, too. Maybe it's best you didn't have your camera, or you might have to say you hadn't actually bowled in even a longer time a few years from now.

I never have bowled period, but it is popular. it helps to have curvaceous hips for hoola hoops.there is a new version that is suppose to hit the US soon.a fun capture
