Description

Hello ! I god 4 leeks of Hyacinths in a pot for Christmas, now they finally are in bloom and I love the smell of them. I took 3 shots of them. Here is the first. Thanks do much for your kind comments and favs to yesterdays post, which are most apreciated. :))) Have a gorgeous day. We have a little misty weather today and very calm.

a dreamy shot, where you let the stamens come forward delicately. It's a nice gentle capture and feels very 'new', like morning dew. Maybe you know that the hyacinth was named after the mythic figure "Hyacinthus" who was beloved but accidentally killed. Apollo let him become flowers after he died, and that's where we got the name. A soft & gentle capture & a beautiful flower. Nice antidote to winter...
