Description

I was having one of those every-now-and-then browses back through my gallery yesterday and noticed I'd titled my ring reflection image as Notre Dame I, reminding me that I'd intended to post other ones of the place... well... after a good 4 months here's part II ;) In terms of pov yes it's a tourist snapshot, I was conscious of the fact when taking it.. but I always seem to thank myself later for taking the 'obvious' shots as well as looking for interesting angles. I tried cropping the crowd out but it just looked weird, so I darkened them ever so slightly. Actually this is a bit of a first for me, as it's the only picture with which I've ever attempted to correct the vertical perspective, and have to say I like the result more than I thought I would.. I've also been doing a little more experimentation playing with textures on this one... As if it needs introduction, the photo shows the Notre Dame cathedral in Paris. Hope you have a good day! Adam

Hmmmm...like it very much. Isn't it amazing the nuggets hiding back in your files? The texture adds interest to your "tourist" shot. I'm with you...get it every which way, why not...we've got lots of memory these days :) Bill
