Description

Zlata and Aiko are checking out the Gazeebo by Marfano where it was built in the Aikanaro grounds courtesy of DAZ. The Aikanaro temple is a freebie from DAZ and it is wonderful to use. The small urns are from the seers Fountain set that is free as well. The Gazeebo was also free from DAZ. As were the crystal balls, which I beleive either Jenay or Hairgunn created (I'm not sure my notes are messed up a bit with coffee stains and cookie (oatmeal-raisin) crumbs) In this, I was trying out the concept of an open building with lights inside the dome of the gazeebo as well as a set of lights outside. they were also tinted blue and dimmed a bit. In other words, this is just an experiment in lighting and posing - seeing what happens when a light source is inside a an open building as this. Also working on the best camera angle to 'get the shot' as it were. the background image is a picture of my mom's garden wall which has an interesting pattern of lichen on it. Only postwork in this was a slight resize to get it below 500k and my name in the corner. thanks for all the comments on the last upload and have a great week Mike I may redo this scene later on with Zlata and Aiko and maybe a couple others outside the Gazeebo looking around - who knows, maybe some Loiks will be lurking about as well

Zlata looks really pleased with your work Mike, and I have to agree with her! Except I think I would like the temple better in a woodland setting. The wall is very interesting with it's textures, and probably shows the temple off better, but I really like woodland or garden settings better. Course that would take away a bit from the temple.

A nice gazebo - fully heated in the summer, A'C'd in the Winter was used to say about the hay barn as a kid :-) I think one of your forest backgrounds might have fit the mood better.
