I tell you what. I just designed my dreamdesk. Just like I want it to be.
If you're looking for all the details on the other stuff in the scene, don't bother. The main character is the desk. :)
I'd really like to build this thing. It's designed to be assembled without using nails or glue at all. The perfect desk for the urban nomad.

I have a desk I designed and built very similar to this. The only differences are it has side walls to accommodate overhead shelving. This tends to make the desk feel enclosed, so I am hoping to change it to a new design. This design here is fantastic!
