Description

Felt the need to brighten up my gallery...everything I've posted recently is rather dark. And with no stock of beautiful flowers to brighten things up, here's a bright day at the beach in September '08. Are you up to a quick dip in the surf? The surfer here was wearing a wet suit recognizing that summer was past and fall was upon him. Thanks for stopping by and all your continued support. Bill :)

1/400th and f7.1 work well to freeze the spray an keep the surfer on focus. Good work.

What a fantastic capture! I like the beach and it sure is nice to see in the middle of winter. Makes me think of sunny days. I still don't believe I would go into the water in September.
