There is something so peaceful about snow, except the ski slopes. ;) This is beautiful. I love the trees growing through the cutout. The untouched snow on the roof is so pure. Excellent eye, Nikolay!

I like the roof too, and it looks even better with that lovely white covering! Great shot!

the organic feel, created by the trees in the hole in the roof appeals to me. the snow emphasizes this and you captured it well.

I can see the roof, but your forms are so subtle, it could almost be an abstract painting too. The little rectangular shape in the upper left, and the bluish-gray coloring of much of the snow almost look like paint-glazes over the whole piece (I know they're not, I know this is wholly digital!). Very subtle and inviting. Yet it's clearly a sheet of white, and it dominates; so the break for the trees makes this quite dramatic to my eye. The contrasts feel Japanese—which is nice since this is a Japanese restaurant (and I know it could be coincidence, because you have a Japanese sensibility in other shots too)—and you have those few branches, giving the needed 'sinew' to the piece. More sensitive balance from you, along with your innate appreciation of the sheer power of hue. I think it's stunning!
