(continued) Captain Garth: Someone gave a "tip" about Robotoko and Te Und, as her partner is named - and someone ordered the magistry agents to catch them...It hasn't been able for me to find out who...Robotoko and her partner was hired as police in a rough police outpost and send a couple of dozins criminals and gang members to the local prison...So they were popular amongst the locals... What I know now is that Robotoko is a bounty hunter who has send at least 4 big criminals for justice...She hasn't broken any law here until someone send these agents to get her...Why? Is someone afraid of her? And who could it be? She is looking for someone and now we have some names...If you want lieutenant Lynn, you can see all the files I have in my office... What worries me most is that someone high ranking police officer must be involved... Lynn (stil a bit hostile) You mean the chief?... Garth: I don't think so...but it is just one of many things in this big house here...we have had six big breake downs in the systems in six weeks...It seems that a suddenly short tremendous use a power overloads everything except the emegency genereators... Lynn: I don't think this break down was one of these... Penny: You think, lieutenant, that mecchas is behind this, right?... Lynn: All mecchas can communicate directly with eachother witout anybody can decrypt it...Who can control what mecchas do? If one meccha has some information then it can be given to all!...
