First of all - thank you so much for your comments on my driveway painting :) Second - to Brad (Miska7) - I open Vue occasionally still, but I can't seem to make anything worth while saving. So I've taken a break :) Third - I'm painting penguins :D I love these creatures and you can have lots of fun with them. And I'm not the kind of person you will find giggling when someone dressed up their cat in hat and shades. I simply don't find it funny. But penguins have so much character in themselves that you can have a bit of fun with them. Besides, they're already wearing the tux...so ya know... Anyway...the name of this painting will be "The Catwalk" and I'm putting together a North Pole fashion show. Have to take a closer look at the spring fashion for 2009 ya know ;) This painting is a biggie since I intend to make prints from it...which means that it will probably take another 2-3 days to finish. I already put in 2 days in it so far. I hope you're all doing good :) I'm about to browse through the galleries and see what you've been upto as soon as I'm done with this post. I'm still recovering from this darn cold, which means I barely sleep (coughing too much) and that gives lack of focus. A blank mind is not useful for anything. Oh...and the order of this work in progress is from top to bottom. Right now this painting looks like it does in the last image. Thanks for peeking in :D C.
