Roxy (brewgirlca) is perfectly right, rendering helps a lot to forget pain. So today I bore you with my very first attempt on Miki 2. I think Lana looks like saying what a mess and that's exactly what I feel about Miki: Like any other e-frontier or Smith Micro or whatever-it-is-called-today figure she is extremely uncomfortable to handle. Clothes that don't fit and near to nothing in the hair department. I squeezed Boy Hair until it sorta fitted.
More to follow of Miki though I'm afraid... ;-)
Feeling much better and almost back to some kind of flexibility, bruises dwindling I think I'll be as good as new in a few days. Thank you for your concern!

nodding I think the best features of Miki would be her realistic face and her feet ... but apart from that - nothing. Not even her eyes sits nicely either :( You've done a real nice job with her :) Love the background too. Glad that you're feeling better and on the mend ... Rest lots! :) :) Tina

I've never been a Miki fan, but you've done a great job with her here. I agree with you about the Smith Micro / e frontier figures, they are a royal PIA. Glad you're on the road to recovery.

I think Smith Micro should just give up on their lousy characters and concentrate on making a good, i.e.stable, version of poser that doesn't suck every Kb of memory from your machine and then crash after it renders! As for the image... well it was certainly a noble effort and given what you had to work with you did a commendable job!

Glad to hear you are feeling a bit better Doro! Rendering does not only help to forget physical pain.. I use my girls also to stay a little bit sane sometimes when my moods get dark. I am affraid I might be manic depressed. Hit rockbottom a few days ago but now I am in a manic state again. When I get manic I clean my house first and you should see my bathroom atm.. shiny! :P Miki is a perfect character to render some moody expressions but I prefer V4. You did a very nice job on her blouse and armpose here!

Good to hear you're on the mend! Interesting to get your view on Miki, but I've never really been tempted to use her - as you say, too limited compared to V4 - but you've done a great image with her here!

Excellent Miki 2 work (Miki 1 is still my favorite, even though e-frontier beat her and left her for dead, rather than improving her), great expression and pose,too!!!!!
