LLUVIA
En los valles y cerros aúllan los recuerdos
de los árboles convertidos en ataúdes.
El viento como marfil de cementerio
ha sacudido más el fuego sanguinario.
No se ven los álamos ni los cipreses,
Ni los pinos, ni ceibos ni los sauces.
Y los pájaros son un montón de negro.
Uno a uno mueren los animales.
El campo desgajado parece un vitreaux de piedra
que cae violento como la tapa
de mi ataúd propio. Con los ojos bien abiertos
y las uñas crispadas, te suplico, oh Diosa de la lluvia,
Derrámate amorosa sobre esta, mi tierra querida!

RAIN
(Pardon for the translation, I used a translator)
In valleys and hills the memories howl
of the trees turned into coffins.
The wind like cemetery ivory
it has shaken plus the bloodthirsty fire.
The cypresses do not see los alamos nor,
Neither the pines, nor ceibos nor the willows.
And the birds are a pile of black.
One by one the animal die.
The falling apart field seems vitreaux of stone
that it falls violent as the cover
of my own coffin. With the been on awares good
and the irritated nails, I beg to you, oh Goddess of rain,
Loving Derrámate on this, my dear earth!

How lovely to see another posting from you! Love your latest picture. My favorite thing about this is her fabulous dress that looks like rain drops. Sooooo cool! Love your poses and effects. Fabulous colors too. Really creative work! I sincerely hope your drought comes to an end soon. We had some drought where I live in Atlanta, GA and I don't think we've fully recovered from it yet.
