"You´ve heard of Centrum´s Lottery? No? Well... Centrum´s overpopulated and has a serious lack of food and energy. So the council came up with a cheap solution... each year, a million people must die and each day some peoples number is drawn.
I´m a "ferret"... one of the agent tasked with eliminated those drawn... So beware! I´m the eye in your back, the ear behind your shoulders, the cold hand on your neck. Beware! I´m always watching! And don´t forget... you are the chicken. And I´m the ferret in your pen. Don´t sleep in peace, good citizens..."

Cool cityscape and render and very grim solution. Really overcrowding and lack of food breeds the plaque natures method of solving over crowding. What a grim fate.
