very subtle & beautiful, filled with luminous undercurrents, and I agree with Tara about the shutters & the clasps. Your detailing is filled with lots of light & life, you really allow colors to vibrate and move in & out of each other, your red against the shutters feels like Matisse to me in its boldness, I love the sign & how casually you paint it, and the flowers are luminous & alive. A very living watercolor work, and it touches me in ways I can't describe, but I think it's beautiful. Glad I found your gallery, I'll be back for more...

What an impressionistic triumph! Greens, Reds and Dark Blues all co-exist as one YET the definition is stark! I really, really like this and I'm pocketing it in my faves : ) Yeah ... been awhile Meg. Real life gig ... But this affliction still anchors me. So much colours. So much to show. So much to say in the wrong century always in expression, -Julian
