Description

The Evil Midnight Bomber is caught making his escape! The speckles make a reappearance in a few of the lines here, but I feel like this is actually pretty good. By this time my skill with shading was getting pretty good, and I like that background texture (don't remember where I got it.). Too bad I didn't use the oval selection tool to make the spotlight.
