Description

a fairly large canvas, primed in bright red. Painted in impasto acrylics mixed with PVA and sawdust to bulk them up. All wooden spatula painted (well just an old piece of wood), no brushes. It was fun to "let go" and let the paint flow with your mind.

I like the composition, and overhall I get a warm feeling out of it. It's full of different crossing lines and curves , but in the total view it still something, something which I would call as grounded, like it's got a good basis fixed which makes all the swhirling be just a way to capture a temporary attention. It's stable, and colourful, but not too much :) A very very good thing Al :) Nice nice one :)
