Description

Well judging from my last few posts can you guess who hasn't had much time to get out and take many new shots? =P My France folder is getting a bit of a comb through, and I thought it was worth 're'posting this one of the Millau Viaduct in b&w as actually I much prefer it as a print. It's funny how certain variations and certain shots just seem to 'work' in print better than others... A slightly different crop to fit the A3/A4 format.. this is just a resized version of the print file. For the colour version click here. Enjoy your weekend! Adam

What an amazing composition. The "s" curves in the road plus the diagonal V shape created by the bridge and shadow are sensational. I looked at the color version, too and both have some wonderful details depending on what you want to feature. The black and white here really brings out the lines and shapes. I love it. The splash of clouds here and there are the icing on the cake.

I like this shot very much my friend, and I know what you mean about certain pictures, I also know what you mean about being able to get out and shoot, after my Pepper shot, I have worked my way throught the fridge, and am now rubbing my chin looking at the fruit bowl hehehehe!!!!

It looks so high...I like it better in B&W too, it seems even more surreal. Excellent work!
