Description

The USS Cumberland Redesign (5 views) This is my first over hull of a model that I created a few years back, the USS Cumberland. The model now weighs in at 72381 objects and 6112885 polygons. The file size is 645,264 KB. The model was crested in Bryce5.5 from scratch using the Boolean objects in the program. I will be showing new images of this ship at Saturn in the near future. All comments are welcomed. Cheers, David

I've never tried modeling in Bryce but after seeing this I'm going to have to give it a try. Good job

That is quite an achievement using boolean objects! It's such a highly detailed model. I'm looking forward to seeing it in a Saturn scene.

Certainly, it is some of the very best modeling I've seen done with Bryce, but I am not at all surprised at the detail--Bryce's modeling capabilities are greatly underestimated. I liked the original Cumberland very much; and this one is every bit as agreeble to see.

Very well done! Excellent detail. No landers attached? You'd think if you went all that way, you'd want to land on Titan.

Excellent work as usual. Stanley Kubrick would be proud of it, I think.
