Great comp, lighting and dof. But what I really like is seeing the calm within the warrior, such a peaceful atmosphere for for a character who is so lethal and trained. I love the contrast in subjects, a warrior at peace. Really dig your work man

Always intrigued after seeing so many portraits here (@rosity) what makes me stop and ponder rather than flip to the next image. Echoing alltheoriginalnames, there's a really nice feel in this image and aside from the things he mentioned that feeling is enhanced by the flags. There's something about that antiquated identifier that calms down the hi-tech and suggests a breeze we can't feel pushing the aroma of the flowers. Very peaceful with a touch of melancholy. From the nitpicking department, the clouds are a little too chunky for my taste but I'm sure they rendered much faster than what I had in mind. Those damn volumetrics. ; ) Good one!
