I played around with several programs for this image. Xeno Dream, Poser, ZBrush (everyone needs an elongated head), APO and UF5 for background, and Photoshop. Thank yiou for viewing.

An arsenal of softs :D Image is fun and the concept works for me. Would be stronger and deeper maybe with more textures and a sharper render, in my opinion.
