Its a great render and well done and staged for the buildings. All the twisted re-bar though just looks strange. Even looking at pictures after the bombs where dropped on test buildings in Nevada that where built with re-bar - no idea how you could get that look. Even a rocket fuel sourced fire that can melt concrete and aluminum and other metals would create such a strange forest (you can find pictures of buildings that where burned by rocket fuel accelarents). It distantly reminds me of rolls of barb wired fencing along trenches in WWI if you went crazy with it. If thats not what it is please let me know.

Actually it's a lot or rebar and twisted steel peeking out of the ground back there, it looks weird and for such a detailed image physically I agree it would not and would not be there. In fact the 2nd version I did did not have the rebar, but I liked the surrealistic effect of it for some reason, it made it seem inhospitable against the contrast of the buildings and plant growth almost alien or maybe not quite earth like. It is what ever and where ever you want it to be, I try not to define my images unless they are a specific idea. Don't worry I think you will see more realism in SW very soon, I just don't want it to get to real. :)

Definitely part of my post-apocalyptic nightmare. Grim and powerful. Nicely executed!
