gentle shading, sensitive lighting on mid-ground & back-ground trees (nicely dappled between your shadows and all the detail), a very nice use of water upfront (a fine rippled surface), and strong branches in the upper portion of the piece's foreground—i.e. the top of the piece, where the black contrasts well with the misty tone of the piece...I love how your light gently cuts across the piece in diagonals: It creates a feeling of both a misty day and of the kind of lines that drawing artists put into drawings to give them rhythm, etc. Sensitive work, and the detailing is very fine.
