This is very cool George or should I say hot? I love the layout and the granite type of texture, very high end indeed. You always have created beautiful architectural work and this is a prime example. Just excellent!

Sweet render and accommodation. I like the portion of car on the ramp, it finishes the image quite nicely. Nice work for sure!

Was excellent before and is still excellent. Bravo ol man. I know what you mean by desire too. I have so many store bought models.. I don't know what to do with them all. Not to mention (but I will anyway) the hundreds I've built myself. I've reached a point where I require of myself "to achieve a certain level of perfection". And that requires a lot of time and multiple test renders. It's what stopping me from finishing Chira.. I want to (Must) re-render nearly half of the original pages before doing the 2nd half of her story.. and with the twelve hour days at work.. just too pooped to pop (one out..lol). Then weekends come and I don't want to do anything but vege out. My get-up-and-go.. got-up-and-went. Oh well, sooner or later (probably later) I'll force myself. In the meantime.. hang in there buddy! Best wishes George, from Dave :^)

I remember this one when you were headed for the high rise. It's enough you continue to prosper.
