My goodness, two birthdays in a row: Happy birthday to Kort (today) and Bruce who celebrated a birthday on Wednesday. May this photograph be a reminder of boldness and courage to you both.
This is a young male lion I had the privilege of spending some time with recently. As cantankerous as hell because the poor animal lost a canine in a fight. He is known as the one not being kept by fences and navigated a 7 feet electrified fence with apparent ease on two occasions - well of course there was a lady in heat involved. LOL
