Description

Shot this one over the holidays while I was home. The concrete "sidewalks" in the foreground are the remains of slipways built in the Second World War for the construction of Liberty ships at the J. A. Jones Shipyard, where my mother worked.

I love the contrast between the old and the new, and also the way the concrete in the foregrounds is pointing to the same destination point as the bridge almost in the middle.
