When I shot this image a couple of weekends ago, I thought that when I upload it, I will dedicate it to Fred. (fredster66) Fred - you have (had) these marvelous images of lanes and lines in your gallery which I really thoroughly enjoy... so this one is for you!

Lanes, roads, paths, docks, railroad tracks...I like the way these take you eyes off on a journey into places unknown. Very nice.

They appear to be poplars but I really couldn't say for sure as trees are not my strength. :-) But the pov and composition you have here sure shows that those are your strengths. Outstanding stroll...
