"Before, during, and especially after the Wars, there was the scourge of Sapce Pyrates.... taking advantage of how stretched Da Fedz resourses were, Pyracy was a dangerous but simple way to acquire wealth. The ships were old, over-used cargo haulers, flown well past their primes.... barely able to stay aloft.... a few quick, short hand repairs, and picking a crew of displaced spacers from either Tortuga Spaceyards, or outside of most prisons, and soon born is a new Pyrate Ship. The techniques used were simple enough..... reverse the flow on the drive units to disrupt any Field/Grav Resist Generators. ram the sides with the re-inforced ram-docking collar., flood the interior with gases......, strip the contents, rob the passengers and crew, and strip out any tech that could be used.... the most popular swag being oxy and food replicators and any engines they could pry off and attach to their own ship. After the war, Pyracy saw a massive spike, as thousands of well trained space crews (Dealers, Pit Bosses, Accountants), and footsoldiers (bouncers and even a few Golems), found themselves out of work and needing money.... The romantic notions of Pyracy fell by the wayside as a new terror stalked the Spaceways..... The Lounge Wars...Chapter 264, The Aftermath of War Still enjoying the warmth of The Lounge, The girls are snuggling in for a quick snooze, while I keep them comfortable....soft music plays in the background, red crushed velvet, dark purples, closing eyes for a moment. I hear the words... where do they come from? "Morphea, I am yours.... take me...

Neat job on the re-fit, I'm reminded of the Firefly/Serenity series with this episode. Tough choice, become a Pyrate or be a Victim...I think the first option sounds the best ! That Morphea babe sounds like an interesting, but tricky diversion...take care Collin ! ~Cheers~

Excellent story-line so far...Johnny Depp never looked so good...imagine him (and moi) in Deep Space, rather than in the Caribbean...ah well, I can dream and dream on...and on... This spaceship looks rather menacing...like a shark, that's why they are known as 'Pyrates' of the Ocean, now I've got it ! I wonder what the new menace could be ? the Pest Control ? Unemployment ? Cheers BB
