Description

Had a few minutes and knocked out this speed render-- mostly a composition study. Seems like it could be a good start for a final render. Super simple construction: Back wall is 2 cylinders subtracted and top rail is two more cylinders with GridModeler texture, Ship is a cube and sphere metablob with procedural displacement map, near spherical wall is 2 spheres subtracted, then 2 more spheres for window. And two alpha planes, no maps for the foreground and background shadows. Only three basic materials used: The ground, the walls, the fence. The ship is the same as the wall, but with displacement and a blue horizontal layer. And of course...MetaPeeps :-)

Excellent start. This could be great. I go through hundreds of atmospheres and sun angles to get what I want.

I always love your clean models. The clay material used here as a kind of tiled floor works great.

You seem to get more out of GridModeler than Terrapak in your wonderful images. This one is sort of a 'pre-viz', I assume. Great effects from a few smartly used resources.
