Description

At the St Augustine Gator Farm you can get quite close to these beautiful birds. During the mating season is the only time they have green coloring at the eyes, and the fine plumage. The walkway is about 5 or 6 ft wide to accommodate traffic in both directions, including wheel chairs. I'm not what you would call a real bird watcher, but I do love looking at Egrets and Herons.
