this is for all the aficionados of aviation whether the real or 3d with a special dedication to tallpindo notice I used the 50D(with tripod) and on the jet front strut says 50D if you strain your eyes thanks for viewing and any comments we are only refueling and will be taking off a tropical paradise, so keep your belts on

cool photo and did you notice the big dent under the door running back over the wing? I think he will have to call into the body chop for some repairs Looks like he might lose his no claims bonus lol. Wonderful photo I would love to be flying off some where now.

I always find take-off and landing to be the most exciting part of a trip. I guess its the thrill-seaker in me. I read about how to count seconds from excelleration on the landingstrip during take-off to find the "point of no return" - that is, when you can no longer abort the take off and if a problem arises you can only hope to get airborne and return for a "safety landing" instead. Of course, I don't discuss this with fellow passengers, but in my mind, I'm ticking off seconds... LOL

Now, Richard, this one gets all the top marks I can give to you. The zoom-in details are magnificent. The 50D is a hoot. And the overall effect is really great. And at 500mm!!! This is an instant favorite.
