Description
I'm just checking out some future hiking trails beyond "Pololu Valley" . The trail will be steep to get on the other side of that cliff on the right and hopefully I'll be in front of that island. It was already a steep climb to where I am now and I was surprised to find what was sitting here. Will post that find later. As for today, it was a little Voggy and hopefully it will be clear when I return. Aloha and thank you for viewing

It would be amazing to hike here. What a rush. I know I have to watch carefully when I hike mostly unhiked areas - not as much for the landscape shifts but for creatures that might do me harm. You haven't mentioned much about this... what types of creatures are there to watch for in the wilderness on the island?

I'm with Andrea above...love to look but the breath isn't there these days to hike these steep climbs with you. So, keep them coming...it is the only way I'll get to see these out of the way, beautiful scenes.

I'm always amazed at the lush growth growing along the cliffs right to the sea! Beautiful view, but looks like a challenging hike in such thick growth!

Hmmmm.... linking this to your recent goat and bull pics.... ya have to be strong as a bull and nimble as a goat to get to some of the places you go to! Beautiful vista~ very grand in distance and setting. I've forgotten where I saw it, but Pololu is "long spear" (or so I remember) and I thought it a great name for one of my WOW (World of Warcraft) characters, a troll hunter. Take care and watch your step! =)
