He gained the entire world, but what did he lose in the process? All his life, he had struggled, plotted and schemed to gain more power, more contol, more of everything. As he climbed the corporate ladder, his greed became all consuming. His every waking moment was directed at getting more, and more, and more. With each new aquisition, merger, takerover or consolidation, his lust to control everything grew in proportion. Companies lost money, shut them down. Didn't matter what happened to the 'people'. It interfered with his all consuming greed. He became so successful, his power covered the entire planet. He commanded the rulers, behind the scenes of course at first. But they all had to do his bidding or suffer the consequenses. But one problem needed to be overcome. He was getting older. He couldn't have that! One of his recent acquisitions developed a method to transfer his brain to an indestructable robot. Once that happend, and he realized the extent of his new power, it didn't take long to eradicate his last few 'enemies'. With no further obstacles in his way, he unleashed terrible and destructive forces upon the planet. Before long, he had succeeded in destroying the entire ecosystem. The entire world population soon followed. But he was safe! Safe inside his indestructable body. Nothing could touch him. The world continued to spin. The erosive forces of nature continued to work.
