Description

This was in San Gimignano in May 2006 when it was very hot and for these tourists a rest was needed! This is the town in Tuscany with the 13 towers in the city walls ( i read once there were 56..formidable). Very beautiful, as so many of the towns in this region. And..a welcome reminder of sun and heat. Thanks for taking a look and for comments on the sunset. Jean

Great capture. It's a gem of a town, beautiful...was there in May 2007...bought some textiles and a lovely pepper mill...oh and some truffles!

So did you like to visit Italy? In the first time I supposed you were in the center of Milano, yhere is the same architercur there and in many other places too!!! :)
