Stellar effects with the lovely blooms contrasted against the harlequin backdrop, Tunde! Looks very much like a painting by one of the French masters. I've been reading about camera raw in a Photoshop book, but haven't gone that route yet, so I can't answer the question until I work with it. And, please go to my gallery and check out all the wonderful and rare vintage automobile photos I posted while you were away on vacation in Adelaide.

Beautiful still life. I have just begun taking some photos in camera RAW as my Olympus instruction manual calls it. I bought Photoshop CS4 in order to work with RAW. It is easy to get into. There are tutorials online by Adobe. You will really like RAW because you can do so much more with light, color, etc.

Nice to see you back after a few days, Tunde. This is lovely, the harlequin pattern definitely gives a Mediterranean flair. I use Lightroom and PSP on my images, to answer your question.

great colours and arrangement, the touch of green in the background balances the stems nicely. I use adobe camera raw as it's integrated into bridge, does the job well so don't see any need to go 'third party'..

The background works well with these beautiful flowers and the softbox lighting helps the subtle color gradations show. Congrats on being in LWITG! I'm not big on buying software so I stick with my manufacturer's free supplied software (Olympus Viewer software). Your camera manufacturer's software will also allow you to change some settings that are specific to your camera (some of those changes may not be available if using third party software.) If you do decide to try a third party software, most should be available as demo downloads so that you can try before buying - there are so many out there these days.
