Description

Good day all.. Well it's miserable weather out at the moment, grey rainy and windy.. not too inviting for a photographic outing so I've been having a sift through files and thought I'd give this one some love. Not so much an action shot as the first two in this series (Untamed; Untamed II), so I thought I'd add some textures to 'spice it up'. This small series of pics is so titled as it shows a few of the famous wild white horses of the Camargue region in France. I'm going to share the fact that this one was lagging a little behind the others, limping a little... I didn't particularly want the shot to convey the pain though, hopefully I've sidestepped it and it doesn't show through..? Enjoy your evening =) Adam *edit - I think Danny's right and may upload an amended file a little later.. ...1/2/09 amended file now posted..

Love the grunge effect pattern (do I see some flowers in there?) and the subject is a winner. Looks like he's taking his time to enjoy the beauty of the day - no pain at all. Gorgeous!

thanks for your comments everyone - dorothy, yes you do see flowers.. I used two desaturated overlay textures, one of which had a smattering of flowers... Danny I think you might be right.. I have limited textures to blend and that was one of the most suitable.. I made the decision on the left would be better than running through the horse, but it might have been better without it at all, yes...

Not sure what to make of this one. I really like the horse. But the background, although I can see a lot of time has gone into creating it. Is not really my "Cuppa Tea"
