SO COOL. I NEVER SAW A TARZAN IN THIS POSE. BUT IF HE WAS RAISED BY APES HE WOULD. SO YOUR DOING THE RIGHT THINK. I LOVE HIS TEXTURE AND HAIR. AND ALSO THE BACKGROUND. I'VE SEEN THIS SETTING SOMEWHERE ELSE, IS IT FROM THE MARKETPLACE OR JUST A COINCIDENCE?

You'll see Tarzan in this pose in comics and on old pulp magazine covers mostly, but not in the live action movies because it's too painful for an actor to do for very long. Though, I think that animated Disney movie some years ago did a lot of this ape-walking stuff. The background was almost certainly a freebie background from the "freebies" section here on renderosity, but I don't remember who made it. It's a great one. The rock was from a set I've had a while, and chances are that it was a freebie as well. I'm cheap.

Half the fun of putting an image together is pulling the pieces out of the pile of stuff we accumulate. I like this, pose and lighting work nicely with the background and prop. Nice work.

Agreed. The hair is too neat, isn't it? I can't claim the pose. It's from the Tirade studios pose packs. They're great. I guess I need to add that credit. Whoops.
