Description
Before the invention of The Pirate Bay, these guys were the original scallywags of the sea! They even nailed a skull of a past victim to the roof! However, the hippie sign to the left presents quite the paradox. ;) I always imagined their ships would have been bigger.....

With real cut-throat pirates at sea these days, these guys could be in for a shock one day...but then who knows, maybe they are authentic. Friends of yours? Bill :)

No.....what makes you think pirates would be friends of mine. ;) Nah just kidding.........actually I just noticed the boat and thought it was funny!

We don't have any real pirates in these waters, although we have had 2 men in grey suits visit in the last 6 days alone! They herd the fish into the shallows and then have a big feed up. Both pretty big Bronze Whalers. I happened to be sailing my sailboard virtually over the top of one of them...it certainly made me concentrate on not falling in!!!!!! Actually they visit my beach often, but I don't know anyone ever who has had any trouble with them. It's unfortunate that movies like Jaws gave them such a bad name....you are much more likely to be hurt or killed when driving in your car to the beach than when sharing the ocean with these guys.
