Description
Started off with a rainbow stroke using Mystical Lighting in Photoshop, added some textures, used some filters, did some distortions and ended up with an eyeball looking' thingie which I cut out and put in the eye sockets of a picture of an old skull I had laying around, did a couple of artistic filter dooma-jiggies, tweaked again with IC Filters and "Poof"! Scared my girlfriend so bad she didn't want to talk to me anymore tonight. Said it was creepy.
