well infact it's not bliss efect but it's a fariation of the beams effect that by a strange chance gave this look. The sun is located on top of the image out of the fov.

The Terrain looks somewhat strange. Maybe less bumpiness on the surface or larger Render size would have enhanced this. The Bliss is beautifull (Well, this effect is a bliss, really! :) )
